**IMPORTANT NOTICE** 
It is back to school season and as you can imagine we are VERY busy with back to school orders. Due to the increase, orders are taking slightly longer to process. Please be patient, your items are on their way!

Local Schools & Businesses
Items for schools and businesses are made to order, and occasionally are subject to stock availability . NEW FOR 2023! Orders for local schools and business will be processed weekly on WEDNESDAYS. All completed orders will be delivered to schools/businesses the following Tuesday. Due to the nature of the school/business program, some items may be delayed due to availability, and will be communicated promptly if this should occur. Because all items in the school/business items are are made to order, please choose sizes carefully, as exchanges/returns may be limited. All exchanges will be coordinated directly through the spirit wear coordinator for your site per your site spirit wear policy.
*NOTE: Most items are true to size. Youth Pullover Hoodies do run small, please size up! If you unsure - please send us an email to inquire BEFORE placing your order.

Shipping
Monaco Apparel specializes in custom items. All items are made to order, and typically ship within 7 days. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Local Pick Up
Pick up is located in San Martin, CA and is available 24/7 under video surveillance. You will receive pick up details via email.
